Mama Wak is an unofficial fan companion for the Curaçao national football team. It provides fixtures, scores, news, and other related information for supporters.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or attack it.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Mama Wak is not affiliated with FIFA, CONCACAF, or the Federashon Futbòl Kòrsou (FFK) unless explicitly stated. Match data and timings may contain errors or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mama Wak and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Curaçao.
